A whole lotta waggin' goin' on: Dog fair brings out the best and the friendliest of local canines
Tia, a tiny Chihuahua, hid beneath her owner's legs Saturday afternoon at the East Texas Working Dog Association's Dog Fair. At just 7 1/2 inches tall, it's no wonder Tia wanted to hide when standing next to dogs as tall as Sassy, a two-colored standard poodle with purple ribbons streaming from her ears, who stood at 25 inches tall.
