This 'Happy' terrier loves to jump
This week's Adopt-a-Pet at the Pennsylvania SPCA, 350 E. Erie Ave., is "Happy" a 2-year-old mixed cattle dog and Jack Russell terrier. Happy is very energetic and loves to see how high he can jump. He will need obedience training and an active family that likes to do things
