For Reliant show's top dog, this is 'the big time'
Tom Pincus is chairman of the Reliant Park World Series of Dog Shows, which begins Thursday and runs through July 22 at Reliant Center. Pincus sat down with Houston Chronicle reporter Anne Marie Kilday, who owns a miniature schnauzer named Skip, to talk about dogs and dog shows.
