Planned doggy day care center goes astray
Montgomery County supervisors agreed it is needed, but neighbors do not want it. CHRISTIANSBURG -- Montgomery County supervisors have blocked a proposed dog training and day care facility from being built on a site near the county landfill, even though most said it's a good idea.
