A Whining Dog Calls for Humane Approach
Q: I live on the second floor. I would hope that noise from below would not permeate, but it obviously does. This has made me sensitive and considerably more respectful, particularly from 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. My neighbors have a 75-pound dog with separation anxiety that is crated. It whines all day.
