Romann helps Flower bloom' into service dog
Yvonne Romann is having a good time watching Flower bloom into mature dog. She acquired the four month old black Lab from CHAMPS Assistance Dogs, a non-profitable organization in Florissant. Romann has volunteered to take on the role of preparing Flower for service dog
