SAN DIEGO----Tomorrow the San Diego Humane Society and SPCA will unveil their new designer dog and cat habitats at a sneak-preview party. The redesign of the 24 doggie apartments and 15 cat habitats was donated by members of the American Society of Interior Designers , San Diego
