Deputy faces no charges after death of K-9 dog
(Richland) May 24, 2006 - Criminal charges will not be filed against a Richland County deputy in connection with the death of his K-9 partner. Deputy John Paul Baker was suspended without pay after he left his German shephard unattended in a patrol car. Baker was taking part in K-9
