Since April 3, 2006, Shelly Voth has been proud owner of E-Bay, a 17-month-old Labrador Retriever who also serves as a professional therapy dog. Voth and E-Bay work at Four County Mental Health Center to help challenged children and those with emotional problems through Community Base
