Man Allegedly Stabs Dog to Death
Humane Society investigators charged a Rochester man with aggravated animal cruelty for the stabbing death of a dog. Investigators say Angel Correa, 23, stabbed a two-year old male bull mastiff mix named Tonka in the abdomen
