Lost dog reunited with family
Dear Heloise: A while ago, we ended up with a dog in our front yard. I went out with a treat to see if I could make friends and find a collar. He had a collar, but no tags. I took him to our vet for a chip scan -- no chip. I called the police department, which told me the humane societies it used -- no dogs were reported
