Proposed dog facility draws mixed reactions
The Christiansburg business would be the first of its kind in the New River Valley. CHRISTIANSBURG -- Sharon Harrell will not know until April whether she can build a dog training facility south of Cinnabar Road in Christiansburg, but a lot of dog owners hope so. And a lot of neighbors hope otherwise.
