World Society for the Protection of Animals Launches National Speaking Campaign Targeting the Global Stray Dog Endemic

The World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA)announces a national speaking tour given by Dr. Elly Hiby, Companion Animals Director for WSPA. The global stray dog endemic and control will be discussed.
